At Yen Z, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure a fair experience for all customers, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges.
7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

The item is damaged upon arrival.

The item is defective or not functioning as described.

The item received is the wrong item (e.g., wrong color or model).
Condition Requirements:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if a customer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the item.

Used Items: Items showing signs of wear or missing original packaging.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at yenzstore.pak@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
