  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate is applied to most orders. Charges may vary based on the total weight of your package and the delivery destination.

  • Promotional Shipping: Keep an eye out for special "Free Shipping" offers on eligible items or order values, subject to terms and conditions.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Note: Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your package’s journey. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real-time through our courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Packaging and Handling

We take great care in packaging your Yen Z products—especially delicate items like watches and eyewear—to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our team uses high-quality, secure materials to protect your items during transit.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Yen Z only delivers within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team immediately at yenzstore.pak@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

9. Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 12–24 hours of placing your order at yenzstore.pak@gmail.com. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to make further changes.
